The following are the essentials regarding our Shipping Policy and Procedure.

We’ve partnered with Sendle to ensure you receive your orders on time.

Sendle provides full tracking of your order from despatch to completed delivery.

WA Metro Orders (Local)

For WA metro orders the following rates apply with Sendle:

From 0.01g up to 500g – $5.95

From 501g up to 1kg – $8.50

From 1.01kg up to 25kg – $10.50

NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, and VIC Metro Orders (Interstate)

For NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, and VIC metro orders the following rates apply with Sendle:

From 0.01g up to 500g – $7.50

From 500.01g up to 1kg – $9.95

From 1.01kg up to 3kg – $12.65

From 3.01kg up to 5kg – $14.95

From 5.01kg up to 10kg – $21.95

From 10.01kg up to 25kg – $29.95

NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, and WA Regional Orders (National-Wide)

For nation-wide regional orders, the shipping fee is based on interstate rates mentioned above plus a flat surcharge of $13 relative to package weight.

For example, if your order weighs 495g and you require shipping to Bunbury, then your shipping fee will be $20.50.

The $20.50 total is made up of $7.50 interstate shipping plus the $13 surcharge.

This is consistent across all states and the $13 surcharge is inclusive of GST.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

We strive to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days depending on volume.

Orders placed after 5pm AWST will be shipped the following business day except for weekends and public holidays.

We do not ship orders out on weekends or public holidays.

If your order process is delayed by more than 2 business days, we will notify you directly.

Shipping time ETA’s are generated by Sendle at checkout relative to your location.

However, you can use Sendle’s shipping time estimator to get an idea of shipping times to your address before placing an order.

Be sure to start with our postcode (6021, Balcatta WA) before ending with yours to get the estimation.
